What do I paint for my paint party?

You can choose to have a ceramics paint party or a canvas paint paint party.

How many party guests are included in the party package price?

Each party package includes 10 painters. Each additional party guest will be $30 each.

What is the max number of painters/gamers can we have?

Our paint area can comfortably fit 24 kids. We can fit another 6 painters but we would lose a table from our Parents’ Lounge. The max number of gamers is 18 kids. About 10-12 kids can simultaneously play on the consoles depending on the types of games being played. There is also a foosball table to keep the non-players engaged as well.

What if I book a party for more than 10, but one of the guest did not show up, do I still have to pay for the additional guest?

No you do not. During the planning stage, we will ask for an estimate of the guest count and several days before the party we would ask for a more accurate number of guest. But if someone does not show up, we will take away the extra paint settings and will make the pricing adjustment on the final bill.

What if I have less than 10 party guests, would the package price be reduced?

Unfortunately, it will not. We still must account for staff and operating costs. But we encourage parents or siblings to fill those empty spots. Art is still enjoyable at all ages!

I want to include party add-ons to my party, but i do not see it in my booking process?

After the booking, we will send you more information about our party add-ons and you can request it during our email correspondence. The party add-ons would be included into the final bill due at the conclusion of the party.

What happens after I book a party online?

Once you have chosen a date and made a $100 deposit, our Pixels party coordinator will contact you through email to go through the party details. We will ask for details about our guest of honor, decide what the guest will be painting, whether you would like to choose additional party add-ons, and any other requests you would like to make.

Which ceramics can I choose for my party?

You may choose 4-5 pieces from our ceramic collection for the party guest to paint.

What is a canvas paint party?

For the canvas paint party, you may choose an art piece from our canvas painting collection. On the day of the party, one of our Pixels Artists will give step-by-step instructions to recreate one of our popular canvases. 

Can I choose a canvas painting that is not in the collection?

Absolutely, at Pixels we specialize in the use of stencils or pre-traced art to create any Fandom/Popular Character art (If Available) to help suit your needs.

What is Fandom Art?

Fandom art are pieces that are inspired from popular themes/shows/movies etc. Some examples are: Roblox, Disney Princesses, Sanrio Characters, Minecraft, & more…

Why are the canvases pre-traced?

While not all of our canvas pieces use pre-traced, we like to use this method for several reasons. Pre-traced art are definitely a great introduction to canvas art for our younger guests. It also ensures that our guest will go home proud of their masterpiece that they created. Additionally, this method can help create many different popular characters.

Will the guest get to use their creativity in the art pieces?

Yes! That is something we highly encourage the guests to express. While the canvas party is instructor-led, in some art pieces, the guest may choose their own background color and they may add their own final details in their painting if they want to.

What is a gaming party?

Our gaming party includes full access to our gaming room for the duration of the party. The gaming room includes all the modern gaming consoles such as the Playstation 5, PS4 Pro, Xbox Series S, Xbox One X, Nintendo Switch, and Meta Quest VR. There will also be a party area where the guests can enjoy their food and cake.

What video games are available to play in the gaming room?

Some of the popular games that are available to play are Modern Warfare 2, Fortnite, COD Warzone, Fall Guys, Super Smash Brothers, Mario Kart, Gran Turismo 7, NBA 2K, Madden, FIFA, Beat Saber VR, and 100+ more games through Xbox Game Pass and Playstation Plus.

Can I cater my own food?

YES! There is no additional cost for bringing in your own food. While we do have a small kitchenette, we do not have any food services here. At Pixels, we believe that you should have the option to bring in any type of food you want. We can recommend several local options that can help cater your party as well. 

What do I need to bring?

Since we do not serve food at Pixels, we ask that the event host bring all materials to serve food such as: utensils, plates, cups, napkins, serving spoons, and other necessities. 

May I bring in my own decorations?

Of course you can. While we do provide our standard paint themed decorations, we do encourage that you bring your own decorations to make it extra special. Our staff will be there to help to your party set up and clean up.

Will I have time to set up my Party?

We allow our guest to come 30 minutes prior to our party to set up any decorations and food settings. If you plan to have lots of decorations, please let us know and we can give you extra time to set up if our schedule is open.

What is the maximum number of party participants that you can accommodate?

Our party packages include 10 party participants, but we can accommodate about 20 kids. We can possibly accommodate more guests, just ask our party coordinator. 

Are there seating for adults and parents, and do they have to pay?

We do have a parent’s lounge area as well as additional chairs & tables for the adults. There is no charge for adults. 

Is the party venue private?

Yes! Once you book a party with Pixels. The whole venue is all yours for the duration of the party.

Can I bring alcohol?

Cheers! Alcohol is permitted at our private parties. We just ask that the adults to please limit themselves.

I do not see the time & date I wanted for my party, what can I do?

Just give us a call before you give up. We can check our schedule to see if there are any cancellations or we may try to find a solution for your needs.

Oh no! The guest of honor is sick, or cannot make the party, can I cancel or reschedule the party?

We understand that unfortunate and uncontrollable situations may occur. Parties may be rescheduled for a future date, if available. You may cancel 1 week prior to the party but will forfeit the $100 deposit.
