Party Terms & Conditions

General Terms

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the final party bill but is not refundable if the party is cancelled.

An 18% service charge will be automatically applied to the final bill.

Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash as payment. We do not accept personal checks. The final bill must be paid in full at the conclusion of the event.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

The $100 party deposit is non-refundable. To avoid additional charges, please cancel the party at least two week prior to the party. You may reschedule the party one week prior to the party. 

If you cancel the party within 14 days of the party, you will be responsible for 50% of the party cost.

If you cancel the party party within 7 days of the party, you will be responsible for 100% of the party cost.

Last Minute Cancellation: While we do understand that unfortunate or uncontrollable situations may occur, we can offer the same party at a later available date. If you decide to cancel rather than reschedule, the cancellation policy above still applies.

Party Arrival and End Time

The party host may arrive 30 minutes prior if the time is needed for decorations and setup. If you need more time for caterers, or event specialties, please contact your party coordinator to request more time. 

We will begin the painting portion of the party no later than 15 minutes after the start of the party, unless requested differently by the party host.

Your party should promptly end at the end of your event time. You will be given 15 minutes to clean up any decorations, gifts, and other materials.

Extra time may only be applied prior to the party, only if there is not an event afterwards.

Party Decorations, Balloons, and Party Music

You may bring your own decorations and balloons. The decorations must be reasonable in a sense where it may be cleaned up promptly.

While we do provide either a paint or gaming themed tablecloth, you may choose to bring your own. If you choose to, we only ask that you bring the tablecloths at least one day prior to the studio so we can have the tables ready for the party.

Balloons and balloon arches are permitted, we just ask if clean up is needed, it must be picked up promptly at the end of the party.

We will play clean party music for the duration of the party. If a different playlist is requested, we are not responsible for any graphic language and/or themes being played. We will have authority to change any music if we deem it inappropriate for the setting.

Food & Beverage Policy

We do not have food services at Pixels. You are encouraged to bring your own food and drinks. There is no additional charges to bring your own food.

Since we do not have food services, you are required to bring your own plates, utensils, napkins, cups, serving utensils, and any other needs for food & beverage serving.

Alcohol beverages is only permitted during our private events. Events may only be deemed private with the owner(s) of Pixels. Please contact us for more information.

Child Drop-Off Policy

A child may be dropped off for a party but the parent/guardian MUST complete the waiver form at the kiosk at the studio.

The liability of the child being dropped off is transferred to the event host. Please refer to the waiver form for more information.

Allergic Reactions

While we do use safe acrylic paint for our projects, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur.​

Face Painting and Glitter Tattoos will require application of either paint or skin-glue directly on the skin. While both paint and glue is purposely made for skin application, some allergic reactions may occur. Pixels is not responsible if any allergic reaction occurs. 

If your child, or guests have sensitive skin or have any allergies to these type of materials above, they must notify Pixels and should opt out on the activity.

Since we do not have food services here, we cannot control what food is being served. Pixels is not responsible for any food allergies or dietary restrictions that any party guest may have.
